Test YOUR Driving Performance

logo

In association with Cognitive Research Corporation (CRC), a global leader in assessing drug-impaired driving, we design and execute studies to conduct FDA‑required evaluations of the effects of drugs on the ability to operate a motor vehicle.

The CRCDS-MiniSim has proven sensitivity for testing a wide variety of drugs on driving abilities in both normal and patient populations. Driving performance data collected with the CRCDS-MiniSim is comparable in sensitivity to over-the-road-testing — in less time, for less money, and without the risk of crashes. In their review leading to the approval of Flibanserin, the FDA described the driving results from a study conducted by the Algorithme Pharma/CRC team as "reassuring."

We will have a CRCDS-MiniSim driving simulator at the 2015 AAPS Annual Meeting in Orlando, at booth #1737.

Our Expertise in LC-MS for Diabetes Drug Development

Diabetes encompasses a group of metabolic disorders affecting more than 380 million people worldwide. As the disease is reaching epidemic levels, the treatment of diabetes and its complications is central to many pharmaceutical and biotech company portfolios. We have demonstrated expertise in the LC-MS quantification of therapeutic peptides and biomarkers associated with the treatment of diabetes. Our human Glucagon LC-MS assay can effectively quantify plasma level as low as 10 pg/mL, making it ideal for the determination of both endogenous and exogenous levels of glucagon. Additionally, we have recently adapted our clinical assay for exenatide to a study in rats using limited sample volume while maintaining the sensitivity of the assay in the pg/mL level. Finally, we currently apply the most advance hybrid LBA/LC-MS approaches for the quantification of insulin analogs to support clinical studies.

We have a team of more than 25 scientists who are dedicated to bioanalytical method development to support regulated bioanalysis.
