A survey conducted by Hewitt and Associates places the Quebec leader in clinical studies among the most valued companies in the country.
(Montreal, April 12, 2006) - A Canada-wide survey conducted by Hewitt and Associates places Algorithme Pharma, Quebec leader in clinical studies, among the best employers of the country. This result is of great importance since it reflects the appreciation and the satisfaction of employees towards Canadian businesses.
“We are very proud of this nomination awarded exclusively by employees. At Algorithme Pharma, we always give top priority to our employees and to the volunteers who take part in our studies. They are crucial to our success and to our contribution to the Canadian research industry”, explains Louis Caillé, president and CEO of Algorithme Pharma.
Algorithme Pharma owes its nomination to several initiatives pertaining to its workforce, including the professional conditions it puts in place. For example, the company offers each employee 6% of his or her annual salary in training adapted to the employee’s own interests.
The national results of the survey and placement of Algorithme Pharma will be published in the Spring 2006 edition of the Report on Business Magazine, as well as in the list of “Best Employers in Canada” featured in the Globe and Mail and in the French daily newspaper, La Presse.
