Projects Coordinator

 RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for preparing all the financial information regarding a research project for the Finance department.

Ensure that all necessary official documentation including quotations, contract research agreements, confidentiality agreements and statement of Preferred Provider are duly prepared and signed.

Responsible for preparing, validating, and reviewing the project schedules.

Responsible for ensuring that these project schedules are maintained and followed by all other internal operation departments.

Responsible for ensuring that all client inquires and concerns are addressed in a forthright and timely manner. Responsible for keeping the client informed about the status of the research project.

Responsible for ensuring that all information related to the projects is communicated to the internal operation departments.

Responsible for coordinating and assisting client visits. He/she will prepare an itinerary for the visit and ensure that the necessary people and documents are available for the visit.

Responsible for maintaining the client database with respect to invoicing status. Responsible for ensuring that all information regarding the client is updated as necessary.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

B.Sc. or higher level degree in a scientific field.

A minimum of two years experience in a contract research organization.

Must be fluently bilingual (English, French), both written and spoken.
