Agent in call center

Job category :
Full time position.
Hours Monday through Friday from 12:00 to 20:00 on Saturday and three weeks from 9:00 to 17:00

Salary :
$ 13.90 / h, 3 months probation and adjustment after 1 year.

Job description :
In an environment of non-selling, as an agent call center, you will:

• Responding to calls from various voluntary order to get accurate information and to redirect them to a proper study.
• Communicate with volunteers to make a followed.
• No solicitation.

Qualifications :
Education: Training in customer service or telephone.
Past Experience in a call center or customer service. Bilinguisme.
