Agent in call center

Job category :
Full time position.
Hours: Monday through Friday from 12:00 to 20:00. One Saturday every three weeks from 9:00 to 17:00.

Job description :
As a call center agent in a non-selling environment, you will:

  • Respond to calls from various volunteers in order to get accurate information and to redirect them to a proper study.
  • Communicate with volunteers to make a follow.
  • No solicitation.

Qualifications :

  • Training in customer service or telephone.
  • Past experience in a call center or customer service.
  • Bilingualism required (french and english).
