Job description
In an environment of clinical research, as Nurse (AD) Auxiliary, you'll have to make:
• Taking vital signs, electrocardiograms and interpretation of these blood samples timed and installation of catheters Mandrin, centrifugation, hotel products or other investigation, monitoring and observation of subjects.
• Ensure complete adequately all required documentation related to clinical projects to which he or she is assigned (e) according to the procedures and protocols.
• Ensure that the inventory of equipment required for medical examinations or other clinical duties he / she may be assigned is appropriate.
• Inform the supervisor of all deviations protocols and / or procedures which occurred during a task.
Qualifications
• Nurse (AD) registered auxiliary (e) or certified (e) for blood samples and a member in good standing of the OIIAQ (Order of nurses and nursing assistants Quebec).
• Bilingualism required (french and english) to asking the right questions (state of health, habits, medical history and what drugs consumed), explain (rules and regulations or consents) and answer all the questions voluntarily.
• Ability to work with a stopwatch.
• Experience from 6 months to 1 year at blood sample in a laboratory bio-medical, hospital, clinical research or medical experience are considered as assets.
• Software: MS Office, Outlook.
