Marketing/Media Coordinator

Job description :

As a Marketing/Media Coordinator you will:

  • Execute advertising strategies with the media;
  • Manage Web projects, including the timeline and resource management;
  • Manage website content and intranet online marketing communications;
  • Participate in the strategic planning of different projects;
  • Organize and monitor marketing activities with internal staff and external stakeholders;
  • Coordinate the various promotional tools (advertising campaigns, brochures, videos, press releases, events, etc.);
  • Perform other duties as requested.

Qualifications :

Education: University degree in Marketing or equivalent with 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar position. Experience in a service or pharmaceutical company or in the recruitment and retention of customers.

Skills: Excellent writing skills and presentation (English / French). Excellent knowledge of print and electronic medias. Leadership, creativity, sense of organization, autonomy, dynamic, teamwork. Excellent adaptability.

Software: MS-Office, Outlook, Social networking sites. Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator are assets.
