SQI Diagnostics and Algorithme Pharma Provide Update on Multiplex Heparin Immunogenicity Assay

SQI Diagnostics and Algorithme Pharma have jointly presented proof of concept study results at the recently held 14th Annual Immunogenicity for Biotherapeutics Conference. The presentation included data illustrating the high sensitivity, specificity and precision of the assay. The development studies were also able to demonstrate a 2 ng/ml limit of detection, clinically validated samples of over 100% for IgG and IgA anti-PF4/Heparin antibodies and 87% for the IgM isotype measured with precision in the 9% to 15% range (depending on the isotype).
